Current work
The body holds emotion in ways we cannot always name - my sculptures attempt to make that holding visible.
Currently I work in ceramic stoneware. I build directly and intuitively, letting posture emerge from process. The surface becomes layered with transfers and slips -marks that speak to how experience accumulates, how memory prints itself upon us over time. The horns that sometimes appear suggest a quieter power, a claim to space that is gentle but present. Across this material - I invite viewers to encounter the familiar and sit with what doesn't quite fit-hoping to spark curiosity and, through it, connection.

In my ferrous cement work, I cast figures from clay, freezing a single gesture in moments of tension held still -the material's coolness and weight speak to the hardness of certain emotions - blame, reluctance, the clash between internal and external selves.
