Alongside my sculptural practice, this section documents the research and process behind the sculptural work, including sketchbooks, ceramic transfers, glaze and surface testing, kiln processes and smaller functional forms. Material experimentation plays a central role within the practice, allowing new textures, imagery and structural ideas to develop before entering the larger sculptural pieces.
